HEALTH KITS FOR HURRICANE VICTIMS

Senior High Youth Group members from the Hill Church and East Woodstock gathered on September 11 and assembled over 80 health kits for victims of Hurricane Katrina. These will be distributed by ChurchWorld Service to those who have been moved to shelters. Both churches will continue to collect personal hygeine items throughout the hurricane season. Your donation is a tangible expression of caring for victims of natural disaster.

Items for Health Kits:
  • soap
  • toothpaste
  • toothbrush
  • handtowel
  • wash cloth
  • comb
  • 6 bandaids
  • nail clippers or metal nile file
All items should be sealed in a gallon size zip lock plastic bag. Log on to www.cws.org for more information about gifts of the heart.
